Covid 19 related and general refunds
The Government of the Cook Islands has continued border restrictions due to the Covid-19 Pandemic with no firm date as to when normal access and travel to and from the Cook Islands will be resumed.
As a result of these restrictions there is only one international flight per week from Auckland, New Zealand carrying customers who have been granted an exemption and who are required to enter a 14 day quarantine period on arrival.
Our scheduled inter-island services have been reduced accordingly and this may have affected your booking.
If your flight has been cancelled we will have issued a credit voucher:
This voucher is for the full cost of your unused ticket and is valid for three years from the issue date. You may also change the named passengers should you wish to transfer the voucher to other persons. There will be no change fee charged.
To make a new booking please check for available flights online and email us with the details at:
A refund may be available depending on the fare type purchased. A copy of the terms and conditions are attached to your original flight itinerary. Note that non-refundable fares will not be refunded but will be held in credit for future travel.
Thank you for your continued support during these difficult times. We do look forward to flying you to our fabulous island destinations in the near future.
