Covid 19 related and general refunds

Kia Orana,

The Cook Islands Government has declared Alert Level 2 restrictions are in place from midnight August 16th 2021 to midnight on January 13, 2022 due to the Covid-19 situation in new Zealand.

Our flight schedules and tours have been impacted as follows:

  • There are no restrictions for passengers travelling within the Pa Enua (all of the Cook Islands and domestic flight destinations).
  • The regular Aitutaki Day Tour schedule is suspended until mid-January 2022.
  • If you are booked on a flight to the outer islands affected by the restrictions, you can change your booking with change fees and fare difference waived.
  • If you don’t know your new date of travel or you’re not eligible to fly due to the alert level, you can hold your ticket in credit, valid for 12 months from the date the credit is issued and is non-transferable. Please read our Terms & Conditions.
  • Please contact our Reservations and Travel Centre for further information by email: [email protected]
  • For more details on alert levels and what restrictions they entail please refer to the Cook Islands Government Covid 19 portal
  • For the latest updates on the New Zealand and Cook Islands quarantine free travel arrangements and entry requirements please visit the Cook Islands Travel Advisory

Refunds

A refund may be available depending on the fare type purchased. Only fully flexible fares are refundable. Note that non-refundable fares will not be refunded but will be held in credit for future travel. We would like to advise that upgrading an already booked non-refundable fare to a refundable fare only entitles you to a refund of the fare difference between these two fares. We invite to please read our Terms & Conditions to which you agreed at the time you made your original reservation.

Thank you for your continued support during these difficult times. We look forward to flying you to your island destination soon.
